Get to Know Me
I have been running competitively for 15+ years, having won the Northern Ireland Masters 5k Championships & International team bronze for Northern Ireland at Masters Cross Country, along with many local podiums along the way.
The knowledge I have gained over the years can now be put to use to help you achieve your running goals.
My full time job is working with 100's of runners, of all levels, across Sports Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Injury Rehab, Coaching & Sports Massage.
This means that when you sign up to be coached by me, you become part of my full time profession and not just a side hustle.

Customised Plan
We get to know you and your goals and craft a personalised plan to get you there. We can work toward a key race, a time you wish to set, or help keep you doing what you love, injury free.

Adaptable
We adapt the plan as needed. Whether its adding in a last minute race, changing the time you can dedicate on a certain week, or offering support and signposting to manage niggles, concerns or the unexpected.

Accountability
Weekly check-ins to review how your training went and plan for the week ahead. An opportunity to reflect, ask questions and keep moving toward your goals. Or help motivate you a set new one!
